Our Business

Safety and reliability has underpinned our business from day one. Because safe practices ensure our customers get what they need without incident.

Transforce & Logistics Solutions takes its role in the Chain of Responsibility (COR) very seriously and strives to be the strongest link.

We see it as our ‘Duty of Care’ to our staff and our customers, who trust us to transport and store their goods in a way that ensures they get where they need to be - on time and in perfect condition.

Any flaw in this process costs them valuable time and money. Therefore, this responsibility to our customers is our highest priority.

We have comprehensive policies and procedures, driver and staff training, accreditation programs and external audit processes in place to ensure everyone in the chain is able to commit to the highest standard.

We have won several awards recognising our commitment to safety and innovation:

  • NSW Business Chamber - Regional Winner, Excellence in Business

  • NSW Business Chamber - Regional Winner, Business of the Year

  • Dubbo Chamber of Commerce - Gold Rhino Award

Our history

Transforce & Logistics Solutions was established in July 1999, under the vision of Director Steve Fieldus.

What began as a one truck operation soon grew into the major company it is today, forging innovation and setting the standard in the industry.

With a background in driving, Steve knows and understands the challenges that our staff and customers face. Under his guidance, Transforce has developed a solid team of dedicated and committed staff. With all these years of one-on-one contact and exceptional service, the Transforce staff have built great rapport with our clients, establishing long term relationships.

Our main administrative and depot facilities are located in Dubbo, central NSW. We are well positioned at the junction of major highways, the Newell, Mitchell and Golden Highways.
